OUR MISSION
The Friar Family Collective was founded to create an avenue for Providence College student-athletes to make positive contributions to businesses and local communities, while receiving compensation and growing their respective brands. Through individual and business contributions, the Friar Family Collective will provide guidance and exposure that coincides with the mission of Providence College Athletics, “To build champion citizens, scholars, and athletes who will positively impact the world around them.”

The Friar Family Collective is grateful for founding members Joseph Calabria ’65 and his wife, Sugar. Joe & Sugar’s contribution will allow for the Providence College Basketball program to provide youth clinics at select parochial schools in the city.
